The Graduated Licensing Program (also known as the GDL program) was introduced in British Columbia, Canada in 1998. A learner’s permit allows young drivers to get behind the wheel for a period of 12 months, at which point they can take their first road test. In order to apply for a full driver’s license with complete privileges (N sign), learners will be required to take an additional road test and have no accidents or serious violations within 2 years.

We run a qualification test on all our prospective drivers before the exam to check their level of knowledge and, if our instructors think you show promise as a driver and are likely to pass the exams once you’ve taken it, we might give you a car so that you can finish your training in the safest way possible.

For online registration, there is no need to pay anything at the time of first session. But whatever package you choose, be sure to pay half in advance during the first session and half before last session.
